With the speech of Pres. Obama on the latest round of stimulus money to revive the ailing US economy, Mortgage Refinancing Loan Programs are not mentioned or excluded. Or are they really excluded from the stimulus plan? There is the tax reductions that was mentioned so who knows about the details of what to come. until that is out in the public eye, we will never know if there is any for Mortgage Refinancing and all the mortgage related programs will every benefit this time around.
While this is very good for the creation of jobs, it is still not clear if this will be effective as the 700 billion dollars in bailouts hard have any effect of the the recession hit Homeowners!
Now that most lenders are very stingy in their lending practices, courtesy of too much Government intervention, most homeowners find very difficult to qualify for mortgage refinancing. Some find not only difficult but it is almost impossible since they lost so much value in their homes.
Get Tips and Info On Loan Modification and Mortage Refinancing Loan
What can these roads and bridges or infrastructure money do to most of the layman? These can in some ways or more do create jobs. And when their is jobs around people can start buying homes or at least have the chance to qualify for refinancing or loan modification so they can keep their homes. Last thing you need is to file for foreclosure or worse bankruptcy.

Well, you never what they will include or not as there are too many wise guys dictating what needs to be done and that is why mortgage refinancing loan programs and the like are not included in the last round of giveaways!
And the old mortgage refinancing program or what they called as loan modification program was a dismal program with poor results as the numbers showed when the feds put out the results for the public to know.
